Return and Cancellation Policy

At Zenvara, we aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible while still giving you a fair window to cancel or request a return where eligible.

1. Order Cancellation

Customers have the right to cancel their order before the product has been shipped.

Once an order is successfully cancelled, the refund process will be initiated to the original payment method.

Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped from our facility.

2. Returns After Delivery

If you no longer wish to keep the product after it has been delivered, you may request a return within 5 days of receiving the order, subject to this policy.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

  • The item must not be damaged, altered, or used by the customer.
  • Customers may be asked to provide images of the product along with the reason for the return request.

3. Return Request Process

To initiate a return:

  • Submit a return request from your order section.
  • Provide a valid reason for the request.
  • Upload clear images of the product for verification.

4. Return Review and Pickup

Once submitted, our team will review your request carefully.

If the return is approved, the product must be made available for return shipping or manual pickup as instructed by our team.

5. Refund Process

Once the returned parcel is received and inspected, the refund process will be initiated.

Refunds are generally processed within 5 working days after successful verification of the returned product.

The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

6. Non-Returnable or Non-Cancellable Cases

Returns may not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used, damaged, or altered by the customer
  • The return request is made after the 5-day window
  • A cancellation is requested after the order has already been shipped
